Brek restaurants are open from 11.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and from 6.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. (some Brek restaurants in central city locations, such as Verona and Venice, have different opening times). The Focaccerie restaurants in shopping centres are open at the same times as the centre itself (generally from 9.00 a.m. to 10.30/11.00 p.m.).- Do you have to book a table to eat lunch or dinner at a Brek restaurant?
No, this is not necessary. Brek restaurants have ample seating.Top page
BREK CARD
- What is the BrekCard?
The BrekCard is a convenient method of payment, free of charge. There are two different types: BrekCard Ricaricabile (Pre-Paid BrekCard), and the Business BrekCard.The Pre-Paid BrekCard can be reloaded using cash, debit cards, credit cards, or luncheon vouchers issued by the respective companies (the minimum amount that can be paid onto the card is € 25.00). A particular benefit can be linked to your card, choosing from a wide range according to your requirements and dining habits. The type of benefit varies according to the sum placed on the card, the method of payment chosen to reload the card, or the total amount spent over a given time.

For companies, post-paid Business BrekCard solutions are available, and they can be personalized according to specific company requirements. Talk to the manager of your Brek, and he will describe the characteristics of the Business BrekCard.
- How can I obtain a BrekCard?
The Pre-Paid BrekCard is issued immediately, free of charge, at the cash desk at any Brek restaurant. If you wish to sign a contract for a Business BrekCard, please ask the manager of your Brek.- I would like to learn more about the benefits of BrekCard.

If you wish, you can ask for your Pre-Paid BrekCard to be issued in Secure mode. This mode entitles you to its re-issue in the case of loss or theft of the card. Registering the card in Secure mode has a fixed cost of € 10.00. The application form for the Secure Card is available at your Brek restaurant, and it can be downloaded from the “BrekCard” section of the website brek.com.- I have lost my BrekCard that was issued in Secure mode. Who should I inform, and who should I contact for its re-issue?
Just contact the manager of your Brek restaurant. You just have to fill out the BrekCard re-issue form, and in a few days, the duplicate of your BrekCard will be ready.Top page
