Located on an island on the banks of the River Siagne, this residence is set on a 5-hectare estate. It is located just 2625 feet from the sea and it also has an outdoor pool. The residence is made up of 10 one or two-story buildings and includes many sports and leisure facilities. Enjoy full independence in a modern studio or apartment with a fully-equipped kitchenette. You will have free access to the pools, playgrounds and sports complex. There is a restaurant which is open from June to September. The residence is located 0.6 mi from small shops and 1.9 mi from the nearest supermarket. Mandelieu is a seaside residence with the largest marina in the Alpes Maritimes region and was awarded the "Water sports label" for its wide variety of water sports and activities. Green Key-awarded.
