Check in was basic, lady at check in was not friendly. Seemed like she hated her job and life. Thought maybe it just night shift but she was same every time I saw her. Had to go through front door every time neither of the key entry doors worked and one door was propped open with a rock most of the time. Didn't matter what time of day or where the sun was. Rooms doors had damages to outside like people have been kicking them to break open. I had to make sure I pulled hard on my door when I left my room to make sure it latched. Bed for me was uncomfortable. Coffee in lobby was good and always hot, hotel didn't stink like another hotel in town I stayed at.

Room was stuffy. Property is old and needs to be updated. The pool was clean and a nice treat breakfast was meh. Positives: price and location. This was definitely Italy a case of “you get what you pay for.”

Front staff rude and possibly drunk or high. She was talking about something but totally could not understand a word she was saying. Chicken coop outside our window was an experience! Roosters doing their thing very early in the morning. Rooms are very well worn. Breakfast room is so small barely can fit the people trying to get their breakfast. Better off staying in your car than this place.
