A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception Opening Hours: Sunday to Friday: 8:00-12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, Saturday: 8:00-12:00 et de 14:00 - 20:00. Please note that the swimming poolis closed on Saturdays. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 20:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. For the arrivals after 20:00, the guest must contact the residence to proceed with the payment of the security deposit, and only then we leave them the keys in the code box. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that for stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. The pool, fitness room, sauna, hammam and pool table are located in the Hameau du Rocher Blanc 1 building. WiFi is charged EUR 19.90 per week.
