Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartamentos Las Brisas of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that apartments are set on the first floor of a building with no elevator. Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. Cleaning service is not included. Long stays include a complete cleaning service (with change of towels and bed linen) every 3 days. Additional cleaning fee: EUR 10 per day.
