Sleep up to 4 guests in one of our rooms that features two queen beds, a mini-fridge, dual drip/Keurig coffeemaker, a smart TV, full bathroom, keypad entrance, free Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking.
There will be one (1) parking spot on-site per room booked.• There is NO kitchen in the room or on-site. There will be a drip coffee maker in the room and a shared microwave in the lobby. The Iris is a boutique motel, however, we do not have a front desk. All instructions and info will be sent via email. I really liked this rental. The location was close to everything we could possibly need, especially the Fairgrounds, which was our primary reason for being in town. I liked that it was self check in.The downside is that the pillows were very flat. I had a terrible time sleeping the first night and actually picked up an extra pillow for the second night. I understand that maybe a YMMV situation. Also the bathtub / toilet area is tiny. For plus sized folks, you're going to be squeezing.I did really like the boutique a lot and will consider it for future trips to Nashville.

The room was bright and clean. The neighborhood felt a little sketchier than expected, but we had no problems.

Cheap and decent and quiet motel.Walmart and a few restaurants are within easy walking distance.Bus stop to downtown is right across the street, so we didn’t bother renting a car. Parking downtown is expensive, especially during CMAfest.
