We arrived late from the airport, at about 8:30, I did not cancel the first night, however, we could not enter on the first night, we had no key and when we call the phone number given, no one was answering. We had to book another hotel on the first night. I am hoping to get a refund for the first night.

It is well located.However, they moved me to two different rooms/buildings, not the one described in the listing.
