We got to the hotel to find that the booking wasn’t on the system and the staff member wasn’t interested even though I showed the booking and payment from my bank. Avoid

I booked this on behalf of a friend who was looking for budget accommodation that was clean and handily located to the centre. Ticked all boxes, although the guy on reception was quite abrupt and unwelcoming.
