The rooms heating system smelled like there was a dead rodent in it. There was no hot water in the shower. We had to place a bath towel on the chair because it was so disgusting we couldn’t sit on it otherwise. We were there an hour. We requested and received a refund and left.

The pet friendly rooms are disgusting and smell horrible. I had to get my own mop and sheets to stay comfortably. The power went out (no fault of theirs, someone hit the transformer) so we couldn’t take showers one morning but also when you turn on the shower you either get scalped or you freeze to death. Needs some updated photos.
