Enjoyed our stay at Owen House. Laundry facilities could be upgraded as irons needed bases cleaned. Room was clean. Tea/coffee satchets were minimal in room. Also, no spare toilet rolls and we were staying a week...had to ask a few times for extras. Otherwise, it is situated in a great spot close to transport, and having City Square Mall a 3 min walk away was so handy . Recommend

AC was difficult to adjust. It was either too cold or too hot in our room They provide water to refill but it's only in one floor. Cleanliness could improve in the hallways outside the rooms. Unfortunately we did find a roach in our room. Location was nice since there is an MRT station very close by and a mall The staff for most part was helpful if we needed anything from them, they immediately provided it.

The hotel location is very convenient. steps away from a 24hr mall and a seven eleven. not your luxury hotel but it does provide the basic necessities. location and price are the props for this hotel.
