We stay in this hotel frequently for medical purposes. Due to medical necessity I require a bathtub. I request a bathtub, yet have to speak to staff every single visit to get the correct room. This is absolutely ridiculous and should not need to be addressed every time.

Cleanliness of the room was qiedtionable. The shower neefed more attention. The coffee filter from the last guest was still in the pot. In 2026 I expect complementry shower gel but they only provided bar soap. The breafast was not good and the coffee was horrible. It does look like updates have been made and the overall property was clean.

The lady at the front desk for evening/night check ins was absolutely wonderful! After that however, the TV was setup for streaming, but it would never connect to the internet so we couldn't use it. The water took a LONG time to get hot and then didn't last long. The morning we went to check out our door was blocked by the house keeping cart, the door across the hall was open, they were sitting in that room and came to move the cart when they realized we were there. Overall it was ok.
