(Continued) so I threw a scenario out to him and asked “what if a young child throws up on the bed in middle of night and need new linens, what would happen then” and he very nastily said “well the parents would clean up their child’s mess”. Well obviously they would clean it but I’m asking about them needing new bed linens. And he responded with “well I guess they would have to ride It put and wait till the morning. So then I asked for a new room then. Which he again told me that inspections of the room need to be done instantly not 20 minutes later and I shouldn’t be going through the room touching everything. So I asked how was I supposed to check my sheets and bed if I can’t pull the sheets and blanket back to check. And he just nastily turned around and came back with another key card to a new room and told me “your lucky I’m such a nice guy cuz anyone else wouldn’t let you switch rooms because you took way to long to come down and say there was an issue” mind you. It had been 20 minutes total. He then asks for me to check the room out right away before putting out stuff inside and I asked if he wants me to do that I would have to actually touch the bed and move the linen back so he said fine that’s ok. So before I could get the new card I had to run back to my room pull all out belongings out and bring old card to get the new room card. So he was on phone with owner when I came back down and he told me “apparently the linen lady is here and linen is accessible 24hours

Not sure I will have enough characters to write everything that was wrong. So I will be direct and describe all issues as simply as possible from here. 1. Check in on May 4th. Late which I called ahead 2x to let them know. So did check in at 2-3 am. From the time of getting keycard to coming down to front desk to ask for linen was about 20 minutes. Me and my two children had unloaded all our belongings then once inside I inspected room for cleanliness, bugs and clean sheets and towels. 1. Sheets had obviously been slept in and wrinkled up and barely hanging onto bed. There were several pieces of hair everywhere on both beds. Also so many burn wholes on the fitted sheet, flat sheet and blanket. Not 15-30 but about 65-75. And not new so they had been washed before and hardened on the edges of the burn. Small and big ones. 2. Tub had mold all along edges of it. And walls had built up soap scum. The doors and light switches were covered in filth. Brown stains from spills and overall dirt. So I went down to ask for new linens. The man said that he doesn’t have access to linens this time of night. Which is a lie. I’ve been to several motel/hotels in my 42 years of life and have never heard that linens were only available at certain times. He was nasty with me and told me that I took to long in that room to be coming down now to ask for new linens which btw I was only there for about 20 minutes and half that time I was unloading all my stuff into said room. Bed was super hard. Not comfortable. Breakfast was cereal and cold coffee. Rooms were old out dated and barely clean.staff was rude
