The front looks good but hides some absolutely abhorrent issues behind the scenes. Orkin Man was on site spraying for bed bugs and other unwanted pests midway thru stay. Also looked to be some very sketchy long term guests occupying multiple floors of complex. Could not let our female family members stay here. Would not recommend this as a destination as obviously the reviews have been seeded here to give hotel a higher score than deserved. If you have family, please choose other options available in the area.

Yes, the staff was absolutely awesome. Parking by our door was perfect. Felt very safe.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is definitely need for updating. I was NOT sitting in the chair in the room!
