Love this hotel chain, but the shower facility made me feel UNSAFE. It’s way too high to be safe for anyone who is not young or nimble.

The hotel is very old, the staff is terrible, they are all very rude specially the manager, has no idea what a manager is, he can’t not handle the team, the buffet is really bad, poor options, smelly rooms, neighborhood feels not secure
