My husband went for 2 funerals and brought 2 suits. He left one in the closet after check out. Turned around to get it and it was gone. The room hadn’t even been cleaned yet. One of the staff had a bad attitude, stating it’s not in the trash because they checked. It was an expensive suit and nobody made an effort to get to the bottom of this. Considering the circumstances of the trip, the low to no effort to figure out what happened to his suit was disheartening. Since the room was not yet cleaned and no one else was occupying it, the only logical explanation is staff saw it when they went it after he checked out and took it. Nobody pressed the issue, it was just the attitude that nobody knows anything about it. Very disappointing! We will never return to this hotel again.

Upon checking in the corridor had a harsh chemical smell. The front staff were great trying to accommodate what would be my issues to come. Check in go to room it’s hot smells stale old and the bed sheets are wet (did not dry throughly) I assume bathroom has one crooked face towel a big towel on the toilet top. Call down they give me another room.This room has bottom sheet only not top are comforter and pillows has no covering. Money I paid is ridiculous. I went to Walmart got my own sheet set blanket an pillow so I spent double for a two day trip. Really piss me off but because the front desk staff tried I left In peace but I feel robbed. The cleaning staff need adjustment fast!

Staff was very friendly, parking was busy and had a very step entrance and exit. Room was clean and maintained but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
