Was on a business trip lots of construction tools the owner help me unload my tools into the room showed up late was tired will definitely stay here again

Many things in room needed to be fixed: Air conditioner's LOW FAN didn't work, 2 light bulbs were out, phone didn't work. Outside is a bit seedy, though the inside was nicer. Bed was comfortable. Inexpensive

Room was generally clean in an older motel. Had the full range of gadgets: microwave, toaster oven/coffee maker, fridge, cable TV, iron and board, hair dryer. One office type chair, queen bed. The sheets had the feel of fresh but not washed or pressed, towels were OK. Pillows were small, one soft, 2 firm. The floors creaked underfoot and were soft in spots due to broken/rotten floor boards. The toilet had a leaky valve and cycled every 5 minutes or so, loudly. Not much noise from adjacent and upstairs rooms. This was during the Solar Eclipse weekend, and other hotels had also raised their rates even as far away as The Dalles, but I feel like I overpaid for what I got. I'm not sure Expedia got me a bargain on this one.
