Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

"Parking in the streets of Val Thorens are not allowed. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to stay in a parking of the resort during their stay (costs are between €85 and €196 depending on the height and category of your vehicle). Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price (except for the kitchen corner). For further information, please contact the property directly. Guests must ensure that their beds have been stripped and that the bins and the dishwasher have been emptied prior to check-out. Please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less, bed linen is included in the price but beds are not made for your arrival. The first bundle of wood is offered for apartments with a fireplace."This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
