There was supposed to be staff onsite, was Online check-in did not work for us. Owner would not take 3 way call from Hotels.com. Breakfast room smelled of gas which owner brushed off. We stayed somewhere else instead.

No on-site staff makes for a rather difficult experience. The room was fine except that the bathroom light did not work. It wasn't the end of the world but having someone on sight to relay the issue too is just not too much to ask. Online checkin and checkout was a bit of a challenge since the only available language was German.
