I booked this airport thinking it was close to the airport (as they say in adverts). It wasn't. I got there after their bus service had finished. It was so far away that I had to shell out €50 for a taxi from the airport. The hotel is in a different area. When I got there they tried to charge me €20 for late check in. I argued with this on the basis that when I booked there was no mention of late check in fees, even when I emailed them for details. The standard of the hotel was not good. They put 3 beds in a tiny area so we had no space for our belongings, other than the floor beside the beds. It was an uncomfortable stay. I'm glad I was only there for one night. Breakfast is coffee and a pastry. I would never go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

I booked this hotel for the final night of my holiday in Italy specifically as it included a complimentary airport shuttle and breakfast. When I checked in I asked for time for shuttle departure and despite the language barrier was led to believe I would be taken to the airport at the agreed time after breakfast. The complimentary breakfast included one coffee, one orange juice and a dry croissant. When I asked about the shuttle the same person on the front desk denied all knowledge of the arrangement and said there was no complimentary shuttle and I should take a bus or train. After much arguing he said he'd take me in his car but I'd have to pay him cash. I elected to walk to the train station and wait an hour for the next train to Bergamo which then connected with a bus to the airport. I arrived extremely late, stressed and hungry to the airport. I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless you have a car, and have no need for breakfast.
