We asked for a late checkout, which was no problem at the front desk. About 9AM, a male housekeeper tried to barge in my room. He did NOT knock first. I had the sign on the door saying do not disturb plus requested last check out. Luckily, I had the door stop/lock set. He did not apologize either. Just walked off. Pretty unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I feel like he was looking for an opportunity to barge in on a guest. Most of the time there is a knock in the door “housekeeping” but not this time. Just wanna give people a heads up to keep their door locked because I, being a female, was in there alone and that could’ve been a very bad situation. We told the front desk and they did not seem very concerned. Additionally, terrible orange juice.

Staff is horrible! Screwed up reservation then said he'd fix it. Took my card and placed another $80.32 charge on it. Going back and reading reviews, found out it has been reported in the past. Hotel had a smell and wasnt clean.
