The staff was fairly nice at first but the quality of the room was terrible, pictures will explain. I talked to them about the poor quality of the room and advertising a pool online but not communicating until I got there that the pool was closed. They responded by telling me I could swim in it even though their cleaning pump was broken and the pool was disgusting. Then when I tried to change my booking to a new hotel (through hotels.com) and the manager were terribly uncooperative. It took 3 and a half hours of phone calls to get a new booking because they kept trying to find alternative ways to keep me staying there. I think this establishment needs to be renovated completely before anyone else stays there.

The room was clean, but a little outdated.
