We stayed three days and did not have any housecleaning services, even though we had inquired and requested housecleaning. Therefore trash wasn’t thrown and our towels were dirty so we had to go and get them downstairs at check-in counter. Staff when arrived were pleasant. However when I had to go get my own towels, staff lady gave us four towel mats at first so had to go back down for correct towels. She was not friendly.
