The room meets basic needs. A few things that turned us off was the size of the bathroom. Very small and no outlets. Which was hard since that was the only mirror in the place. The bed was to soft, so soft we just roll into the center of the bed all night. The parking out front is a little tight and there are dumpster and over flowing garbage cans.
