I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another guest did. There is no elevator, so I had to carry my bags up many stairs. The room was huge and the bed comfortable, with good water pressure and a functional rainfall shower head. The jacuzzi in the room made it very humid, even when off and covered, which is bad for electronics that have been in the cold air all day. Housekeeping never came to the room any of the days. The hotel has a policy of no outside food and drink to force you to eat at their restaurant, or you can drive 20 minutes to the nearest town. Convenient location west of Gap for WRC rally stages, but otherwise inconvenient for everything else. I won’t stay there again.
