I arrived "after hours" on a Sunday night at 7pm. The hotel called me and I informed them I would be arriving later. When I got to the hotel, the security guard was able to get my room keys and no problems after that. Just odd to not have a front desk/check in.

1st time staying at one of these. I rec'd no call when room was ready. Said I would by 2,waited til 2:15 got hungry and left.went to Balloonfest,came back,no one at front desk after 7 pm! No keys. Got that straight. Broken coffeepot and not ONE trash can in entire room. Ty.

When we got to the room to check in the manager was friendly, however the card maker for room keys was broken so he let us in. Before he had even walked away we had to tell him our NONSMOKING room smelled horrible of smoke. He apologized qnd sprayed something in the room that was supposed to take it away. It didn't. When we opened the fridge, there was still food in it, it hadnt been cleaned. A nice lady who worked there apologized and cleaned it for us. There were no other rooms available so we decided to stay, however the room NEVER stopped smelling of cigarettes. We got home and had to re wash everything we took to try to get the smell out. Our kids couldnt even stay with us it was so bad, luckily they were able to stay with family. The floors were so dirty they turned the towels black. We had to bleach and clean everything constantly just to try to be able to sleep. All the towels we got were stained and looked dirty, there was blood stains on a pillow. The person above us hqd their kids running around alll night. Could tell the room hadnt been swept there was dirt and stuff under the beds. Staff was friendly rest of it was horrible.
