This place was not at all what I was expecting. My travel was work related. I booked and reserved a king suite. Upon arrival, I was informed the room was not available, not even a queen suite was available. Only room available was a double full room. No amenities provided, not even toilet paper other than one roll when you first check in. I was informed that I can wash my own towels if needed! I have stayed in several hotels including extended stay hotels and this is by far the worst experience I have had with booking and staying in one. Most others will supply minimum kitchenware upon request. This one did not. This hotel should include these facts within their website during booking in clear print for customers to easily see, not in small print listed in the same area as "decorative items". I will not be staying here again.

We arrived on Monday and found that neither the hot water nor the AC heating was working. We had to heat water with an electric kettle just to shower. I reported the issue to the front desk the next day, but was told this was “normal” and that the AC does not work in cold weather. When I tried to check out early and request a refund, it was denied. I was there for work and did not expect luxury, but basic amenities like hot water and a functioning AC are essential. I do not recommend this property.
