The water pressure in the shower was very weak. We stayed 5 days and we had to go get fresh towels 3 days out of the 5. We never received housekeeping.

Only thing good was the view of the beach from the room. My 1st room door key didn’t work, went to the front desk 3x to change it out. Maintenance guy came the 4th time and dismounted the wiring while I stood by and waited to go in my room. He couldn’t fix it and my room was changed to another floor.

The room was spacious and had an awesome view of the ocean. The pool was not heated, but there were 2 hot tubs that felt great. Reservation desk staff were very helpful.
