The room was excellent, the welcome from Alitcia was so warm and inviting. The food in the bar was outstanding.

It’s a lovely place and in a really good position for Kew Gardens and walk into to Richmond. The staff were excellent and the hotel very cosy and warm. The only concern when we had dinner, I think they were short staffed and it took an hour for it to arrive. Other people commented the same upon leaving whilst we waited and one person decided not to wait for dessert as it was soo long.
