This facility had repeated false fire alarms starting at midnight. A second false alarm at 1am at which point we opted to request a refund of the room. We are still waiting on a formal response from the hotel for the refund. As we were leaving at 1:15am the alarm went of for a third time. Clearly the hotel had a systemic issue with the fire alarm system and could not provide a reasonably quiet environment to sleep which is why we opted to leave. If we don't receive a full refund that will say alot about how they treat their customers.

No TV service for our stay, that was disappointing. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly
