Although this resort is showing some age it is still in good condition and maintained. One of my concerns is several of the units I have stayed in have no garbage disposal in the kitchen area. The furnishings are okay but not real comfortable and this last unit I stayed in had discoloration and rust spots along the top of the tub. I will stay here in the future unless the property and units decline.

It’s a time share community that has a community feel. Many folks knew each other and were welcoming like visiting your grandparents. The property inside was dated but ample. The amenities we similar, nothing new but cared for. The 9 hole course was dry and in need of help. The area had been in a drought so understandable without irrigation. The entrance to the property was not well marked. The location is in the suburbs-nothing around worth walking too and not very inviting. It’s was 20-30 from any good eats less some small dinners. 40-60 from beaches.

The staff was great and the room was incredibly clean. The internet and phone was horrible.
