Nice property which could benefit from friendlier staff. Some of the receptionists didn’t come across as wanting to be there

It was a good stay except for the lack of flexibility of the check out at 10 AM. The staff argue that room and parking are booked but checking is a 5 pm. Not long ago check outs were at 12 PM and check out at 1 PM. The tight check-in and check-out schedules are inconvenient because travel plans often have uncertainties like flight delays or traffic. A rigid time frame makes it difficult to adjust. Also, checking out early in the morning mean can’t enjoy amenities like swim in the pool and strict schedule add stress to what should be a relaxing experience. I will looking for better checking in and out schedules when booking hotels in the futuro.

Excellent location - nice view from room. Spacious room. Staff very friendly. Maintenance needs some improvement.
