We were upgraded on arrival to a studio and it was amazing! Good size, great bathroom, quiet and felt like utter luxury. I even got complimentary bubbles and posh fruit jellies in my room for my birthday. I felt utterly spoilt and the staff were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing boutique hotel and hope to return soon. Thank you!

Hotel rooms felt outdated. When the ventilation was on, the room smelled like mould. We changed rooms but not better. Technology was outdated, casting to TV did not work, no usb-c socket. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Expected more. Stayed in 4 star hotel before we checked in at V&M and the other one felt more luxurious.
