This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised this property has a self check in process. After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. Please note that if you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Noise can be heard from the street below due to general city traffic and building works. There is no lift in the apartment block, stairs will need to be climbed for all apartments. We do not offer a 24 hour maintenance service. Should you experience a problem with any of the services, we will require at least 24 hours to attend and hopefully fix the issue. There will be no compensation offered for this first 24 hours.
