** Construction Update: The Naiʻa Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sep 7, 2026 to Dec 18, 2026. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time.

The Kona Tower at the resort will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Jan. 4, 2027 to Jun. 23, 2027
