Guests of the Hotel Pratt enjoy FREE off street parking in our private lot and the convenience of being in the heart of Cooperstown. It is just a half a block from Main Street, where one can browse through Main Street shops or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. It is under 300 feet from the Baseball Hall of Fame and Doubleday Field where the game of baseball was created (according to local legend).

The location was excellent, just off the main street in Cooperstown. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower offered ample hot water. The room matched the photos precisely.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. The location, however, is the main attraction here. It is situated right in downtown Cooperstown and is steps away from the Baseball Hall of Fame and numerous restaurants. Highly recommend if you are visiting for a trip to the HOF.

Great location and easy check in and out process, room was clean and beds were comfortable. It is just as advertised! Would stay there again.
