Located in an Ocean Front Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. You`ll love this suite with a CITY VIEW. Featuring a king size bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a balcony, and washer/dryer. Up to four people can be accommodated comfortably.

Please note a $135+tax daily resort fee (not included) is paid directly to the hotel and covers up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12. This fee includes all hotel amenities and Wi-Fi, and beach services, including chairs, and umbrellas.

The charges for the resort were expensive and we were not aware of them until quite late. That should be specified when you book

Just we did know our room is just for Air B&B???? We would like every day service that's all otherwise rest of the things was excellent. Regarding property manager, we did not who is it??
