Room was clean and well appointed. The windows did not appear to be sealed properly and you could hear wind rushing through and street noise from not being fully sealed. Towel rack was falling out of the wall as was the curtain rod in main room.

This was an interesting place. It is located atop a beautiful restaurant and the Bricco name has a fantastic history of serving Boston great food for years. The “hotel” experience was a unique one to say the least. Because of its location, there is no “front desk” - instead we checked in with the restaurant and the very kind staff member lead us down the street, down an alley, through a beautiful restaurant to a stair case where our room was. It wasn’t a big deal, just unique. Now, the room- it was spacious and clean, however the amenities were a little odd. We had a kitchenette with a stovetop but no pots/pans/plates, there was a fridge but it wasn’t on (unfortunately I couldn’t figure out how to get it plugged in or cooled down) and there was supposedly supposed to be a coffee maker but there wasn’t one. So it felt like kind of a waste of space and energy to have the kitchenette at all. The bathroom had a huge shower and was fantastic! The bathroom has virtually no counter space so we ended up using the kitchenette as a counter for our bathroom stuff. I have to mention that one night we left the key in the door accidentally. The area is safe and I wasn’t worried about anyone coming in but… the following morning when we went to leave we could not, we were locked in! I immediately knew it was because the key was in the door but the problem was there was no way to contact the “front desk” because there wasn’t one. I called the restaurants but it was early so we had to wait

Great stay in the heart of the city. Close to everything. Park car and forget for a few days. Staff fantastic and food as associated properties is 100%real deal. Suggest staying in the back building. Quiet and just fantastic. Thank you Bricco!
