Great place to stay for business or pleasure. The room was very big and the full kitchen would be great for a family stay. A code is needed to enter everything and no one is physically there to help. I had no problems with this but it might not be for everyone. Also , to use the TV you need to use your own services like Netflix. Again I had no problem with this but those not computer savvy might not like it. Overall, great place and location

We stayed at The Sonder Terrace in Philadelphia for 5 nights and couldn’t be happier with our accommodations! Clean room, comfortable bed & linens, all the kitchen amenities you would ever need and a wonderful balcony with a great view of the Parkway! We will definitely return!

different from my usual choice, but worked out. Nice location.I asked a special request for an electrical kettle and it was there. The touch key system is irritating in not working at first try (watch for the lights around the number to know you actually pushed the button). I used somebody elses' trick in putting ironing board as extra surface space (instead of chest of drawers that is not there). And the solution to hot water I found was to do dishes, etc before taking the shower - that way the water gets at the hottest level and won't keep changing during the shower. The suggestion for a change would be the toilet paper (very cheap and scratchy as is) and maybe a 2nd option in the blanket (very hot as is right now - something more breathable, it may be a good option for winter however)
