Extremely small. Room is the size of the bed and one chair. Smaller than expected. No daily cleaning. I stayed for 7 nights and requested to have linen changed and room cleaned in the middle of my stay. They still didn’t. They only replaced the towels. Location is good. Breakfast is good.

The room was comfortable for my husband and I. No issues with the hotel or the location. We had the underground close by and WestMinster Abbey was up the street. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a quiet nights rest close to many sought-after attractions look no further.

Pros: pleasant staff, location Cons: low water pressure, bare bones rooms, sink drainage, and the most chaotic and crowded breakfast buffet you will ever experience
