The Space:

Located on the 19th floor, our hotel room offers a spacious space with stunning ocean views, a king-size bed, a sofa bed for a third person, pool and a whirlpool tub. While there is no kitchen or washing machine, the room includes essential amenities such as a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, plates, bowls, plates a wipe, cutlery, kettle, glasses, cups, wine glasses, tea, coffee, milk, tv, iron board station, hair dryer, full set bath towels, toilet paper, facial tissues white, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and bedlinen + blankets. The room has air conditioning, heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The balcony offers beautiful ocean and city views. All photos here are from this room.



Guest Access:

NO parking inside the building. Free street parking on Beach Parade Street, cheap outdoor parking with unrestricted height at Cypress Gardens carpark at $5.50 per day.



Key collection will be at a place nearby via lockbox.

Once keys are collected, you may drive or tram to Oaks Gold Coast Hotel. 8 mins by tram, 5 mins by car.



Lost or not returned door keycard will incur $100 fee (deactivation and recode process for security reason).



The Neighborhood:

Prefer to drive? Secure on-site parking is available, and rideshares or local buses are always close at hand. Wherever you’d like to go, you’re perfectly connected.

Storing Luggage: we do not have facilities to store luggage or access to reception so I recommend using a luggage storage service like Surfers Travel Lockers



Smart TV - no aerial. Simply log in with your own streaming accounts like Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube



Pacific Fair also has great storage & comfortable areas to relax in when you're not shopping or eating. Just a few minutes in the light rail straight outside.
