It was exactly what was paid for. Clean enough; secure enough; convenient enough; friendly enough. The common areas were the weak (dirty) link, the room was fine. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Room was recently remodeled but still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No other comments

The room was smelly and the property was trash beer cans all over where I had to walk and the hot tub was broken had it covered up it was just bad. I did not stay.
