On arrivals the receptionist was trying to charge me when I had already paid for the reservation she was asking me how much did I pay for it and was it so cheap whilst trying to charge me an extra £60. If you’re looking for a cheap and quick stay, this place could be an option. However, as a female traveler, I was given a room on the ground floor in a separate building, which felt a bit unsafe. I wouldn’t have minded as much if the room were on the first floor, but having to go down and walk all the way to the end of the corridor was quite unsettling. The noise levels were also an issue—walls are very thin, and other guests were loud throughout the night. On top of that, the cleaners start early, well before the 12pm checkout time, so if you’re hoping for a lie-in, forget it. The rooms were extremely cold. While there is heating, it takes a while to warm up and gives off such a bad smell that you’d rather keep it off.

For location it couldn’t be bettered - 10 minutes walk to free bus into Manchester and also straight onto the motorway network. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, for the price paid it was tired and could do with a revamp. Charging for parking sticks in the throat as it wasn’t mentioned when I booked.

It was ok fair price for what you get just ok the food and drink however extortionately over priced for the amount you get and the location. There are two major food chains on your doorstep and a cheap local pub which you will never compete with for their trade ,but looking at the body language of the staff not sure they are that bothered
