The staff at check-in was very friendly! The room, however, was a) a motel - even though I searched for hotels only, b) old and dark and unclean, c) cramped even though listed as “accessible room.” Did not participate in breakfast as I didn’t trust the cleanliness.

The hotel needs a lot of repair work done. There are walls that need to be patched. The toilet in our bathroom looked like the handle was about to fall off. The water at times looked dirty. There was a smell (i.e. smoky or musty). The wall outlets in our room wouldn't hold the plugs of our appliances (i.e. laptop, cell phone, breathing machine).
