Had trouble with the TV HDMI it turned out the HDMI cable was unplugged. Door lock was hard to lock and unsecured. No additional rolls of toilet paper. Unit needs updating!

Upon arrival I took pictures and videos as well as at departure ☺️ THIS PLACE WAS NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE! BLOOD ON COMFORTER RIP IN ONE.. WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A KITCHEN AND 2 KING BEDS IT DIDN'T! THEY TRIED 2 CHARGE ME $500 FOR A SERVICE ANIMAL (KEPT CALLING HER A PET.. HELLO NOT A PET!) IT HAD ROACHES EVEN PROVIDED ROACH CAN .. HAD A COFFEE STATION FOR A KITCHEN... NO SILVERWARE OOH WAIT IT HAD A FORK! NOTHING WAS AS IT WAS DESCRIBED IN PICTURES. OR TEXT... NO BEACH IS HALF A MILE AWAY..... SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO WALK ONTO THE BEACH! FROM RM! THEY RUINED MY VACATION I FEEL VIOLATED.. AND DISRESPECTED.... I WAS CALLED A LIAR SAID I MADE FALSE STATEMENT BOUT BLOOD ON COMFORTER...THEN THEY TRIED TO MAKE SAME CLAIMS ON NEW SET THE BROUGHT TO US WITHOUT INFORMED CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE ANY ONE WAS GOING TO BE IN MY ROOM !! I FELT INTRUDED ON MANY TIMES WAS HARRESSED MULTIPLE TIMES AND ANXIETY SO BAD I COULDN'T ENJOY MY STAY..... CONSTANTLY BE HARRESSED HAD UNKNOWN PEOPLE N MY ROOM HAD JEWELRY MISSING AFTER THESE PEOPLE WERE N MY ROOM! ABSOLUTELY W/OUT A DOUBT WILL EVER STAY AT 611 DESTINY LN #115 EVER AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY HERE! A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I FELT LIKE I COULDN'T LEAVE MY ROOM UNATTENDED & COULDN'T ENJOY MY VACATION! THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY I LEFT THE PLACE A TOTAL MESS... IMPOSSIBLE I CLEANED IT EVERYDAY..I DIDN'T KNOW WHO WOULD BE N MY RM WHENEVER I WAS GONE.. THANK GOD I TOOK MY MONEY & MEDICATION WITH ME..THEY WOULD PROBABLY BE MISSING TO
