The place is fine. The staff is fine. The "themed" rooms are a different story. I was in an Edgar Alan Poe nightmare. Nevermore.

We booked this room for a friend in a wheelchair who was helping us at an event for special needs. When he arrived, they had booked his room. They left him to search for another room with his limited mobility, and they still have not refunded us for their mistake!!!!
