I have made this my second home after traveling long hours and truly missed seeing Ms. Bella. She is by far a breathe of fresh air to this organization and extremely helpful to customers. As a person who works in the healthcare field, her words of encouragement, tenacity and cleaniness is a true asset to any business and needed today times. It was unfortunate she was not there in staffing any longer but upper management, meaning owners, need to look into how customers value brands for longevity. People take jobs because they love what they do and it showed in this staffer being always happy even if she was maybe having a bad day. You may want to look into bringing her back. Other than our entire family missing her and new ones meeting her, it was still a great experience.
