There are a number of negatives about this hotel... 1. I was unable to get an additional pillow. The receptionist simply told me it was too late (it was about 6 30pm) and refused to help. 2. You get a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. You can hear people talking, snoring, watching TV, etc. 3. In one of our rooms the TV had no available channels. 4. The beds weren't awful, but not particularly comfortable.
