I wish our stay could have been better. It's been a week since our last stay and I was informed that management would reach out but did not. First, our TV wasn't working. As in nothing was connected. None of the channels or apps. I already said something Wednesday night after check in and front desk said they will inform someone to check it out the next day. I was finally contacted about it Friday at 5pm after I got a text to rate our experience. Was told that someone can either send a maintenance man around 6pm or upgrade us to a new room. We check out Saturday morning. This DID NOT help at all Secondly, I had for extra sheets and pillows not only for the bed but also for the couch. There was only two pillows for the bed and have to ask for another one. The second pillow case had a stain on it. So target was down the street and I had to buy my own sheets and pillow case just to feel comfortable. The sheets for the pull out bed also had a small stain which prompted to buy sheets to put on top of the other sheets. Third, you call but no one will answer so you have to go to the front desk. There were other guests at the front desk complaining & spoke with us how some did not have bathroom amenities & other things. It may be simple things to some to complain about but we pay for a stay & basics are not even provided. Also, clean your remotes. I cleaned and wiped it down & the paper towel was brown. Will not be staying here again. I do not recommend.
