Terrible! I booked through Hotels.com but this place is run by an apartment complex. They require a separate check in but there’s no one there. I tried for 3 days to call and get help because the system wasn’t working for online check in. NO HELP. We flew to Austin. I was on the phone with someone in San Francisco during our whole connection. Got to Austin and still wasn’t resolved. Then went to the apartment and no one was there. Took another hour of sitting outside the gate before a girl (5th person I had spoken with) could help us. The apartment was “ok” but not very clean. Big dirty footprints on the bath mat, etc. Then our first day there they called ( they apparently can reach out when they need something) wanting us to go back to the apartment from our excursion to let them in to work on a TV. They called and texted 4 times. I would NEVER book a place associated with “The Landing” company again.

We had to be moved to another unit because of HVAC issues. The apartment was great aside from that (and the one we were moved to was also great) and the value was great. One star deducted because the communication process that was required to make the switch and generally get it dealt with was cumbersome and inconvenient, with the property management, local Landing management, and the Landing phone hotline all being less-than-perfectly coordinated (especially after hours/over the weekend), resulting in having to follow up repeatedly and spend hours on hold waiting to talk to people. If you had asked me for a rating in the midst of that it would probably be two stars, but in the end it was resolved well and the stay was good aside from that inconvenience. We would seriously consider returning in spite of that (and given the unlikely odds of needing that kind of intervention again). But hopefully they figure out how to streamline these processes in the meantime.
