There is no reception and the only way to get the keys is to call some guy that comes over and gives the keys. Since the hotel has no reception or computer, they don't know who is coming, so I better bring a receipt of payment and a booking confirmation. The fact that the staff barely speaks German or English is also not making this complicated conversation any easier. The rooms were ok though and at least very cheap.
